Handling Your Complex Multi-Party Litigation
At SRS Premier Realtime we are ready to handle complex multi-party litigation both in Washington State and around the country. We enjoyed the immense privilege and responsibility of case management for the September 11th litigation in Washington State. Entrust your case management to the firm that has managed deposition services in high profile cases such as: In re: Exxon Valdez, In re: Certain Mobile Devices, United States v. Microsoft, In re: Countrywide Financial Corporation, Washington State Tobacco Litigation, Apple v. Microsoft, and City of Seattle v. Professional Basketball Club to name just a few.
As I write this note, court reporter Ron Cook, seven sets of lawyers, and my two arbitrator colleagues and I are about to commence the 100th day of hearings in a complex construction case.
Throughout these proceedings, Ron has been courteous, congenial, and cooperative. He has prepared virtually error-free daily transcripts and delivered them on time. He has unfailingly kept track of hundreds of exhibits.
In sum, Ron Cook has demonstrated the highest standards of professional excellence.George M. Dell
